LOCATION
35496 St Hwy 257 Windsor, CO
look for entrance signs to the field south of the property
ATTIRE
Western Chic. For the ladies, boots and dresses abound and gentlemen often opt for boots, pressed jeans, and pearl snap shirts. The event is rustic- in a field-in a tent. Boots approved!
Plan attire accordingly if you wish to ride the mechanical bull!

SELF CHECK-IN
Confirmed guests will receive a self check-in text message prior to the event. Check into the event prior to arrival and save time! Didn't receive a text message? Don't worry, we'll check you in upon arrival night-of.
Guest check-in is required for anyone who wishes to participate in the silent auction, drawings and other activities.
ARRIVAL/PARKING
Enjoy the Night responsibly- We encourage you to ride share or make limo accommodations. There is ample parking onsite.
CASH OR NO CASH?
All transactions at the ball (auction items, donations, etc.) will be handled via credit card through our online platform Givesmart. However, we do encourage guests to tip their bartenders. Check payments for donations and auction items will also be accepted night-of.
The American Cancer Society is a volunteer led organization, and it is the volunteers in Northern Colorado that have sustained this event for the past 20 plus years. Our volunteers are the cornerstone of the event's success.
